Servicing your electrical infrastructure
Regular maintenance keeps the panel from becoming a Friday-afternoon problem. We do check-ups on existing infrastructure — thermal imaging on the busbar, torque checks on the lugs, looking for burn marks, moisture, or corrosion. Catching a hot connection before it fails saves an outage and a much bigger bill.
Upgrading panels and load centers
As the business grows, so does the electrical demand. Older 3-phase panels weren't sized for what modern kitchens, HVAC, EV charging, and manufacturing equipment pull now. We upgrade the service, replace the panel, add new load centers, and coordinate with SDG&E for the meter and disconnect work.
Troubleshooting and repairs
When a 3-phase system starts acting up — a motor won't start, breakers trip for no reason, voltage is uneven leg to leg — the diagnosis matters more than the fix. We show up with the meters and the experience to find the actual cause, not just replace what the last guy already replaced.
Service meters
Accurate metering matters when you're paying the SDG&E bill. If a meter is drifting, damaged, or reading wrong, we calibrate, repair, or replace it. Also helpful when you're trying to sub-meter tenants and need clean base numbers.
